Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 No. 2 1/2 can sauerkraut, drained
1 green bell pepper
1 large onion
1 c. celery
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. water
Preparation

Boil the sugar and water until stringy. Dice the green pepper, onion and celery; toss with the sugar mixture and sauerkraut. Refrigerate overnight.
