Jalapeno Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cornmeal
    1 Tbsp. flour
    3 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    2/3 c. salad oil
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 large can cream-style corn
    3 to 6 jalapeno peppers
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped or 4 to 5 green onions
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix cornmeal, flour, salt and soda; add buttermilk, oil, eggs and corn.
    Beat and mix well.
    Stir in jalapenos and onions. Grease 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Heat well, pour in half of batter; sprinkle with half of cheese, repeat.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes or untildone.
