Mexican Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 1/2 c. meal
    2 eggs
    1 c. sweet milk
    1 (No. 2) can whole corn
    1/2 c. bacon drippings (optional)
    4 hot peppers
    1 lb. Longhorn cheese or 10 slices American
    1 large onion, grated
Preparation
    Fry meat; drain.
    Set aside.
    Mix first 6 ingredients.
    Grease skillet, pour in 1/2 of batter.
    Sprinkle cheese, pepper and onions into pan.
    Pour in remaining batter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until done.
