Chuck Wagon Skillet - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. sliced ripe tomatoes
2 c. medium noodles (uncooked)
1 can stewed tomatoes
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Saute onion until tender in butter, melted in large roast pan. Add meat.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Brown slowly, stirring occasionally.
Add layers of cheese, celery and noodles.
Pour stewed tomatoes and tomatoes on top.
Cover and heat to steaming. Do not remove.
Cover.
Turn heat to low and simmer 25 to 30 minutes.
