Curried Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

small parts of chicken
1 or 2 Tbsp. curry powder
1 Tbsp. sweet basil
1 whole green pepper for every two (2) lb. chicken
1 medium onion
1 Tbsp. olive oil
3 c. rice
parsley
Preparation

Season chicken with sweet basil, salt, pepper and curry powder. Saute chicken, onion and green pepper together in olive oil (stir-fry).
After it starts browning, add 1/2 cup water, cover and simmer 20 minutes.
Wash rice and stir in; let water level with mixture.
Cover tight on low fire.
Yields 6 servings.
Garnish with parsley.
