Potato Pancake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium size potatoes, shredded
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. season salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Put 1 tablespoon oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a large skillet.
Set over medium heat until butter melts.
Put potatoes in the skillet.
Press them down into an even compact layer. Cook, covered, for 5 minutes.
Uncover, turn heat to low and cook for 15 minutes more.
Slide the pancake onto a plate.
Put 1 tablespoon oil and 1 tablespoon butter into the skillet.
When the butter melts, put the pancake back into the skillet with the browned side up.
Press down to compact the potatoes and cook, uncovered, for 15 minutes more. Cut into 4 wedges and serve warm.
