Cheesy Chicken Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. chicken broth
1 1/2 c. diced potatoes
1 c. diced celery
1 c. diced carrots
1/2 c. diced onion
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1/3 c. all purpose flour
3 c. milk
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 8 oz. loaf process cheese spread, cubed
2 c. cooked, chopped chicken
Preparation

Combine first five ingredients in a large saucepan.
Cover and cook over medium heat until vegetables are tender.
Melt butter in Dutch oven over low heat; add flour stirring until smooth.
Cook 1 minute stirring constantly.
Gradually stir in milk; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thick and bubbly.
Gradually stir in vegetable mixture, soy sauce, cheese and chicken.
Cook until cheese melts.
