Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potatoes
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. Velveeta cheese
    milk
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Bake potatoes until done.
    Slice top quarter off.
    Scoop the insides out.
    Leave 1/4-inch all the way around.
    Mash the scooped out potato and the insides of the cap together with butter, Velveeta cheese and enough milk to make it creamy.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Put back in potato peels.
    Bake to heat through.
