Italian Bundles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sheets puff pastry dough, thawed (Pepperidge Farm)
    shaved ham
    pepperoni
    sliced fresh mushrooms
    Provel cheese
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Cut each sheet of dough into 4 squares.
    Layer ingredients in center of each square.
    Repeat to form second layering.
    Fold up all sides and use water to stick.
    Place on baking sheet, folded side down.
    Brush with beaten egg.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until brown.
    Makes 8 bundles, approximately 2 per person.
