Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped walnuts
3 c. grated raw carrots
Preparation

With a mixer, beat eggs.
Fold in flour, soda, cinnamon, walnuts, oil and raw carrots.
Pour into an ungreased cake pan and bake for 1 hour at 300\u00b0.
