Greek Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. spaghetti
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped fine
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 stick butter
    2 garlic cloves, chopped fine
    salt and pepper
    grated cheese (Kefalotiri or Parmesan)
Preparation
    Meat
    Sauce:
    Thin
    tomato
    paste
    with
    water.
    Brown ground beef
    and onion in butter about 10 minutes.
    Add tomato paste, cinnamon
    and garlic.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Add 1 cup of water and cook over low heat for 45 minutes until sauce is thick.
