Leonard'S Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 c. buttermilk (or 2 Tbsp. vinegar plus 1 c. milk)
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. soda
    2 heaping tsp. sugar
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix flour and dry ingredients in mixing bowl.
    Pour in milk and oil.
    Mix well.
    Pour on floured board or wax paper.
    Mix with hands until smooth.
    Pat out 1/2-inch thick and cut.
    Lay on cookie sheet with oil.
    Bake at 500\u00b0 until golden brown.
