Potato Kugel(Pudding) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 c. grated potatoes, well drained
    1 small chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Beat 2 eggs until fluffy.
    Add rest of ingredients.
    Spoon into buttered baking dish.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
