Ham Fluff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter
4 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. milk
4 eggs, separated
1 c. ham, ground
Preparation

Melt butter in saucepan.
Blend in flour, salt, pepper, onion and mustard.
Stir in milk and cook, stirring constantly, until very thick.
Beat egg yolks until thick and lemon-colored.
Fold a little sauce into egg yolks and then add this to remaining sauce. Fold in ham.
Whip egg whites until stiff, but not dry.
Fold ham mixture into egg whites.
Place in greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour, until top is brown and puffy. Yields 4 servings.
