Tea Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3 3/4 c. flour
3 Tbsp. milk
Preparation

Cream shortening and sugar; add eggs and vanilla.
Beat well. Add milk; beat.
Add dry ingredients.
Roll out and use cookie cutters or form into balls and press out.
Place on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 6 to 10 minutes or until brown.
