Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 lb. brisket, trimmed
    salt and pepper
    seasoned salt
    Worcestershire sauce
    lemon pepper
    2 large onions, sliced
    1 large pot coffee
Preparation
    Rub meat with seasonings and place onions on meat.
    Place in large aluminum pan.
    Pour in hot coffee (if large brisket, you may need 2 pots coffee).
    Now, cover tightly with foil.
    Place in pan on grill with low heat and cook all night.
    (Do not allow brisket to cook dry; add more coffee if necessary.)
    Remove brisket from pan and smoke on grill 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on amount of smoked flavor you like.
    Allow brisket to cool completely. Remove excess fat and slice.
    Brisket slices better when cool or even cold.
    Place sliced brisket back in juice and reheat when ready to serve.
