Zwieback - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. white sugar
    3 c. flour
    1 pkg. RapidRise Fleischmann's yeast
    3/4 c. dry Carnation milk (powdered)
    2 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. lukewarm water
    1/2 stick melted margarine
    1 beaten egg
    3 c. flour
    2 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix white sugar, flour, yeast, Carnation milk and salt.
    Add lukewarm water.
    Stir.
    Add melted margarine.
    Stir.
    Add beaten egg.
    Beat by hand 2 minutes.
    Add 3 cups flour gradually.
    Stir and begin to knead.
