London Broil In Ginger And Onion Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large yellow onions, thinly sliced
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1 3/4 lb. London broil (about 1-inch thick)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    2 tsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
Preparation
    In a shallow glass dish, spread 1/2 onions.
    Sprinkle both sides of meat with ginger, 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
    Place meat on top of onions.
    Spread the remaining onions on top of the meat.
    Cover the dish with plastic food wrap and refrigerate 1 to 3 hours.
