Caramel Apple Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
    1 c. dry roasted peanuts, chopped
    apples, sliced
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except apples.
    Refrigerate several hours (overnight is best).
    Serve on chip-n-dip tray surrounded by sliced apples.
