Norwegian Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter
1 c. sour milk
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 egg
1 c. raisins
1 c. currants (optional)
Preparation

Rub with fingers into crumbs the flour, sugar and butter. Save 2 cups for top.
Mix the remaining ingredients; add remaining crumb mixture.
Pour into greased and floured 8 x 8-inch pan. Sprinkle crumbs on top.
Bake for about 30 minutes in a 350\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 oven.
