Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. self-rising flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 egg, well beaten
3/4 c. milk
1/3 c. melted shortening
1 c. blueberries
2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Mix together flour and 2 tablespoons sugar.
Combine egg and 1/3 cup milk; add to flour mixture.
Add shortening, then mix in only enough milk to dampen flour.
(Batter will be lumpy.) Sprinkle 2 tablespoons sugar over berries until added to mixture. Add blueberries.
