Peg'S Barbecued Baked Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. bacon, diced, dried and drained
    1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 large onion, chopped and sauteed
    1 1/2 c. catsup (Del Monte)
    2 1/4 Tbsp. vinegar (cider)
    1/2 c. brown sugar*
    2 (15 oz.) cans pork and beans
    1 (16 oz.) kidney beans (Joan of Arc)
    1 (16 oz.) can butter beans (large limas)
    1 (8 oz.) can garbanzo beans (chickpeas), drained
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    dash of Tabasco sauce to taste
    3 Tbsp. crushed pineapple, drained
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Mix bacon, ground chuck and sauteed onion. Blend in catsup, vinegar and brown sugar (*or use 1/4 cup brown sugar and 1/4 cup molasses). Stir in remaining ingredients and mix well. Bake 45 to 55 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven or 2 to 3 hours in a crock-pot. Serves several.
