Joel'S Favorite Tomato Aspic - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 hard-cooked eggs
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
    1 c. boiling water
    1 c. Hunt's tomato sauce
    3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 stalks celery, diced fine
    2 carrots, diced fine
    2 medium onions, diced fine
    10 Spanish olives, sliced
    1 can medium shrimp, drained
Preparation
    Make jello with 1 cup boiling water.
    Add 1 cup Hunt's tomato sauce instead of cold water.
    Add vinegar, salt and pepper, diced vegetables, olives and shrimp.
    Pour into mold and let set in refrigerator until firm.
    Unmold onto plate.
    Garnish with hard-cooked eggs.
