Chicken Continental - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. frying chicken
1/3 c. seasoned flour
1/4 c. butter
1 can cream chicken soup
2 1/2 Tbsp. grated onion
dash of pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. thyme
1 1/3 c. water
1 1/3 c. Minute Rice
Preparation

Roll chicken in flour, brown in butter.
Stir soup, seasonings and water into chicken drippings.
Cook and stir to a boil.
Spread Minute Rice (right from box) in 1 1/2-quart shallow casserole dish. Pour all but 1/3 cup soup mixture over rice.
Stir to moisten.
Top with chicken and rest of soup mix.
Bake, covered at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until chicken is tender.
Makes 4 servings.
