Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    2 onions, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    3/4 c. rice
    1 can chicken bouillon
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown chicken in oil.
    Remove from skillet.
    Saute vegetables in skillet until tender.
    Add rice.
    Pour into 9 x 9-inch casserole dish.
    Season.
    Place chicken on top of rice and vegetables.
    Pour chicken bouillon over chicken and rice.
    Cover. Bake for about 1 hour.
    Pork chops may be used instead of chicken.
