Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2 well beaten eggs
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tsp. salt
3 c. flour
1 1/4 tsp. soda
3 c. fresh (peeled) chopped apples
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Combine sugar, oil, vanilla, eggs, lemon juice and salt in mixing bowl.
Beat well.
Mix flour and soda;
add to first mixture.
Beat well.
Add
apples
and pecans; mix well.
Bake in tube pan 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
