Cayman Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cubed chicken
    3 tangerines, peeled, sectioned and drained
    2 c. fresh diced pineapple, drained
    1 c. seedless red grape halves
    3/4 c. sliced celery
    2/3 c. mayonnaise
    4 Tbsp. lemon juice from concentrate
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. nuts
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine chicken, fruit and celery; mix well. Cover; chill.
    In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Cover; chill.
    Just before serving, combine chicken mixture, dressing and nuts.
