No Fry Pecan Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. cracker crumbs
1 c. pecans, ground
5 eggs
1 to 2 tsp. onion powder
Preparation

Combine and form into balls.
Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan with oil.
Put meatballs in pan.
May pour tomato sauce on top of some or all, depending on your taste.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
