Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1 can Ro-Tel dried tomatoes with green chilies
    tortilla chips
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and drain the grease.
    In crock-pot (or the like) combine ground beef, Velveeta and Ro-Tel tomatoes (do not drain liquid from the can tomatoes).
    Heat, stirring occasionally until cheese is completely melted and dip is warm.\tServe with tortilla chips.
