Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
2 Tbsp. sour milk
1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
4 large very ripe bananas, mashed
2 c. flour
3/4 c. walnuts
3/4 c. raisins
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour pan(s).
Cream butter, sugar and eggs using a mixer.
Add remaining ingredients and mix on low until blended.
Turn into pan(s) and bake until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, about 1 hour.
Cool 10 minutes.
Makes one 9 x 5-inch loaf or two 5 5/8 x 3 1/8-inch loaves.
