Corn Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    3 egg yolks
    1 1/2 to 2 c. whole kernel corn, drained
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. oil
Preparation
    Beat egg whites in small mixer bowl on high speed until stiff. Beat egg yolks on high speed for 1 minute.
    Add corn, salt, pepper and flour.
    Beat on low speed until blended.
    Add beaten whites; fold in on lowest speed.
    Add oil in frypan.
    When hot, drop the batter by spoonfuls.
    Fry both sides until brown.
    Serve hot with syrup.
