Potato Filling For 12 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. stale bread cubes
    1 1/2 c. celery
    1/2 c. onion
    1/2 lb. butter
    5 eggs
    2 c. milk
    4 c. mashed potatoes (about 3 potatoes per c.)
Preparation
    Chop celery and onions fine; simmer in butter until soft. Beat eggs.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Salt and pepper to suit taste.
    (Mash potatoes with milk.)
    Heat on stove top, stirring constantly, until desired consistency or bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
