Dilly Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (4 lb.) beef roast
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 envelope onion soup
2 tsp. salt
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 Tbsp. dill seed
Preparation
-
Brown roast in small amount of oil over high heat.
Place roast in Dutch oven over low heat.
Mix remaining ingredients together.
Pile sour cream mixture on top of roast.
Simmer slowly 2 1/2 to 3 hours, basting frequently with gravy.
