Tomato And Cabbage Casserole(Serves 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. cabbage, shredded (1 head)
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion (1 medium)
    1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cook cabbage for 15 minutes; drain well.
    Combine flour and sugar and add to tomatoes with remainder of ingredients.
    Bring to boil and stir slightly.
    Place in casserole in alternate layers (tomatoes last).
    Bake in 375\u00b0 oven until bubbling, about 30 minutes.
