Cottage Cheese Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. warm water
2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. soda
1 egg
1 c. cottage cheese
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add all other ingredients except flour. Add 1 cup flour. Mix well. Add remaining flour. Put in warm place and allow to rise 1 hour.
Stir down and place in buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole. Let rise 40 minutes. Bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0. While warm, brush with melted butter and salt.
