Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. finely chopped carrot
    1/4 c. finely chopped celery
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1 3/4 c. chicken broth
    2 c. milk
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    dash of paprika
    1 c. shredded American cheese (4 oz.)
Preparation
    In a medium saucepan, combine carrot, celery and onion; add chicken broth.
    Heat to boiling.
    Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until vegetables are done.
