Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1-1 1/2 lb ground beef
1 pkg taco seasoning
1 sm can tomato paste
1 can corn-drained
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
grated cheese
Preparation
-
Brown beef and drain.
Add taco seasoning, tomato paste, one can of water (use tomato paste can) and corn.
Put in casserole dish and cover with cheese.
Prepare cornbread according to directions and pour on top.
Bake according to box directions.
