Company Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hash browns (or frozen)
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    19 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 c. crushed cornflakes
Preparation
    Thaw potatoes for 45 minutes.
    Combine melted butter with 2 cups crushed cornflakes; set aside half of them for topping. Combine all ingredients and pour into greased 3-quart baking dish. Top with buttered cornflakes.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
