Mexican Style Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 1/2 lb. bag Fritos
    8 oz. grated cheese
    6 chicken breasts, boiled and deboned
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and chilies
Preparation
    Blend onion sauteed in margarine with soups and tomatoes as it heats.
    Add deboned chicken (cut into chunks) and Fritos.
    Stir until mixture is blended with chips.
    Pour in baking dish and top with cheese.
    Heat 20 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until cheese bubbles. Freezes well, omitting cheese.
