Rainbow Sherbet Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. heavy cream, whipped
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    18 soft macaroon cookies, crumbled
    1/2 to 1 c. toasted pecans, broken, or slivered almonds
    1 pt. lime sherbet
    1 pt. lemon sherbet
    1 pt. orange sherbet
    1 pt. raspberry sherbet
Preparation
    Any desired combinations of sherbets can be used.
    Combine whipped cream, sugar, cookies and nuts.
    Spread about 1/3 of mixture into 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
    Spoon sherbet over this layer. It is easier to do if the sherbet is fairly soft.
