Chicken Cordon Bleu - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 boneless chicken breast halves, skinned
salt and pepper to taste
all-purpose flour
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. dry bread crumbs
6 thin slices deli ham
3 slices Swiss cheese, cut in 1/2 lengthwise into 6 strips
Preparation

Flatten the chicken breasts with wooden mallet and season with salt and pepper.
Roll the strips of cheese in the ham slices and place in the center of the flattened breast.
Fold the edges over one another and press tightly.
Dredge them with flour and dip into beaten eggs.
Coat well with bread crumbs.
Chill until ready to fry.
Cook at 325\u00b0 in deep fat for 10 minutes.
Serve.
