Gram'S Raisin Cake(100 Year Old Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. cocoa
    2 1/2 c. water
    2/3 c. butter
    2 c. raisins
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    3 1/2 c. flour, sifted
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. walnuts, chopped
Preparation
    Mix
    sugar
    and
    cocoa;
    add
    water, butter, spices and salt. Boil 4 minutes;
    cool.
    Sift together the flour, baking powder and
    soda.\tAdd
    to
    raisin mixture and mix until well blended. Stir
    in
    walnuts.\tPour
    into greased Bundt pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Can be stored in freezer up to 6 months.
