Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 pie crusts
3 large sweet potatoes, peeled, sliced and boiled
2 sticks butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix everything together.
Pour into 2 pie crusts.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until set up; about 40 minutes to 1 hour.
