Peach Delight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. self-rising flour
1 stick margarine, melted
3/4 c. chopped pecans
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
1 (11 or 12 oz.) container Cool Whip
5 or 6 large fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
sugar to sprinkle on peaches
1 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. cold water
1 small pkg. apricot or peach Jell-O
Preparation

Mix melted margarine, 1 cup flour and chopped pecans.
Press in bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Cool.
