Spinach Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. onions
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    46 oz. can chicken broth
    2 c. Coffee-mate
    2 diced potatoes
    2 diced carrots
    1/4 c. rice
    10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1 pkg. frozen cut asparagus (can use canned)
    1 Tbsp. bouillon granules
Preparation
    Brown onions in butter.
    Add 46 ounce can chicken broth. bring to boil, add 2 cups Coffee-mate, potatoes, carrots and rice. Simmer 15 minutes.
    Add 10 ounce package chopped spinach, 1 package asparagus or can asparagus and 1 tablespoon bouillon (instant).
    Simmer 45 minutes.
