Cheese Onion Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. onion, chopped
    4 Tbsp. butter, melted
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 1/2 c. Bisquick
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 Tbsp. poppy seed
Preparation
    Saute onion in 2 tablespoons butter until tender. Combine eggs, milk, Bisquick and 2/3 cup cheese in bowl, mixing well. Add onion, stirring to blend. Pour into greased 5 x 9-inch loaf pan. Mix remaining 2 tablespoons butter, 1/3 cup cheese and poppy seed. Sprinkle topping over batter. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes or until loaf tests done.
