Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cooking oil
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. raw apples, peeled and diced
1 c. pecans
1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch morsels
Preparation

Mix eggs, sugar and oil together.
Add dry ingredients, then apples
and nuts.
Pour into a greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Sprinkle with butterscotch morsels and bake 55 to
60 minutes
at
350\u00b0.
