Orange Gelatin Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. (6 oz.) orange gelatin
3 c. hot water
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained, with juice reserved
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. large or 2 c. miniature marshmallows
Preparation

Pour gelatin into serving dish, add water, dissolve.
Put marshmallows, reserved pineapple juice and cream cheese in pan. Heat until melted.
Add pecans and pineapple.
Mix with gelatin. Chill until set.
