Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. shortening
    1 tsp. sugar
    3 1/2 Tbsp. cold water
    1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 small egg, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Blend flour, salt and shortening.
    Mix water, vinegar and egg; add to flour mixture.
    Mix well.
    Shape into two balls. Chill 15 minutes or may refrigerate up to 3 days.
    Roll out immediately or freeze until later use.
    Makes two crust pie.
