Chili Rellenos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can Ortega green chilies
    1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
    4 eggs
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Combine milk, eggs, flour, chilies.
    Blend.
    Mix in Cheddar cheese.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
